Cancellation and Refund

- Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email or in person) within the timeframe specified in the cancellation policy.

Delivery of Tickets
- Online Ticket Delivery:

- Print-at-Home Tickets: Some events may offer print-at-home tickets. You can print your tickets at home and present them at the venue.
- Offline Ticket Delivery:
- Pick-up: You can collect your tickets from our office or an authorized ticket outlet.
- Courier Delivery: For some events, we may offer courier delivery of tickets. Delivery charges may apply.
